Data are provided for two programs:

Parents Too Soon
The Parents Too Soon (PTS) program serves new and expectant teen parents to help them develop nurturing relationships with their children, reduce the rate of subsequent pregnancy, improve the health and emotional development of the teen, enhance self sufficiency, and promote healthy growth and development of the children of teen parents. The program is a statewide partnership between the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS), the Ounce of Prevention Fund, and community-based sites throughout the state.

Healthy Families Illinois
Healthy Families Illinois, operated by the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS), serves parents with newborn children. The program strengthens family functioning and improves parent-child interaction through voluntary, intensive home visiting to families at risk of child abuse or neglect.
